Handling and Shipping Terms:

Generally all items are shipped within 2 business days by First Class Mail, UPS or Fedex.

We do not charge any additional fees for shipping, however we reserve right to choose carrier dependently on customer location.

If provided address is incomplete or for any reason (typo, unusual abbreviation, etc) our system can not recognize it as valid USPS/UPS/Fedex address we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. We may also contact you offering alternative options when available: pick up at parcel locker, etc.

Some items may require a longer handling time. You will receive additional email about estimated delivery time. You have right to cancel order if additional waiting time is not acceptable for your needs.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 8 hours after it is placed. We will try our best to accommodate your request. However cancellation is not guaranteed. If your order is already shipped we advise to refuse delivery (please check rules with your carrier local office)

We reserve right to cancel your order and issue you a full refund if we permanently or temporarily out-of stock. We can not be held liable for any looses occurred due to order cancellation.

Missing items:

If your item has not arrived within 10 days after your purchase and there is no tracking number available, please contact us for further instructions. We reserve right to determinate eligibility for refund.

Should you file a claim with your credit card provider you will not be able to solve issue directly with us.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase.

If you would like to return your item, please reply to email with order confirmation or send us your request to [email protected]  We will provide your with shipping label and return authorization slip.

We will charge you market USPS price for return label unless reasons for returns are: wrong or defective item sent.

If you change your mind after item is shipped you should refuse delivery and let carrier ship item back at no cost. If delivery is accepted you will be liable for shipping item back.

Returns made without previous authorization may not be honored.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

According FDA guidelines we can not accept returns of personal healthcare items, food, food supplements, vitamins, medical and pharmaceutical products, including OTC drugs. 

Purchasing such items you agree not to return them and acknowledge that you understand that they may not be working for you as expected or may case side effects. 

Cosmetic products could be returned only if seal is not broken in original and unopened packaging.

If you want to return books or DVDs you will be charged 30% restocking fee.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned or missing items are issued within 2 business days. Dependently on your original payment method it may take up to 30 days before refund is actually posted.
